Tyntesfield Lodge Presentation

Tyntesfield Lodge 4494 presented a cheque to Ravenswood school at their last meeting held at the start of March for £750. This was raised via internal Lodge charitable donations since the restart in October 2021. The funds were given to help to buy equipment used by the pupils that was damaged due to flooding during the Summer of 2021.  There are 137 pupils at Ravenswood who come from across North Somerset and other bordering local authorities. They require a range of unique and complex needs so the loss of any equipment used on a daily basis has had a substantial impact on their learning and daily interactions.

The members of Tyntesfield represented by theWM, Colin Ford were extremely happy to present the cheque for £750 to Mark Senior, the head teacher and his deputy Katie Barnes after the conclusion of our last meeting. Afterwards, both Mark and Katie were invited to the Festive Board where both parties learned more about Tyntesfield Lodge and Ravenswood School respectively.
