Sir Isaac Newton Lodge celebrates with two of it’s senior brethren.
On 25th. November 2021 at Sir Isaac Newton Lodge 9801 meeting at the Nailsea Masonic Hall in Nailsea, the Assistant Provincial Grand Master W Bro. Martin C Slocombe PSGD awarded two 50 year certificates. One to W Bro. Paul Cooper PPrSGW and the other to W Bro. Neil Sims PPrSGW.
Paul Cooper PPrSGW was a member of Whitchurch Lodge 6942 and was a Master of the lodge in 1982. He later moved to Nailsea and became a member of Sir Isaac Newton Lodge 9801. W Bro. Neil Sims PPrSGW was a Founder member of Sir Isaac Newton Lodge 9801 when the Lodge was granted the warrant in 2005, one of the first daylight Lodges in the South West.
At that meeting in 2005, the Worshipful Master was W Bro. Frank R Clarke, Senior Warden was W Bro. Neil Sims and W Bro. Martin C Slocombe (who awarded the Certificates on 25/11/21) was Almoner.
At this meeting of Sir Isaac Newton Meeting on 25th. November 2021, when the 50 year certificates were presented by the Assistant Provincial Grand Master, the Worshipful Master was W Bro. Frank R Clarke and the Junior Warden was W Bro. Neil Sims. How we have moved on, yet completed another circle.
