The garden has been developed from a field over the last 44 years. The first photo shows a wild life pond created 11years ago. The excavation earth was used as a backdrop to created depth and interest with planting of perennials and shrubs. Easy access for wild life is via a miniature chesil beach. Photo2 shows aeoniums with a feature Beauty Bush (Kolkwitzia) with a back drop of irises. Photo 3 shows a scree rock garden with 19 tons of ham stone from a local quarry created 11 years ago. It is planted with Californian poppies, euphorbia, grasses, sisyrinchium and many other perennials.
