Wrington Vale Chapter 1199

Meets at – The Masonic Hall, High Street, Yatton, Bristol BS49 4DW at 18:30 on the second Monday. Months – February, May, October and December.

Consecrated 18th November 1920 Meets at The Masonic Hall, High Street, Yatton. There is no record available of any discussions or preliminary meetings held to form a new Royal Arch Chapter to meet at Yatton, under the sponsorship of the Lodge of Agriculture. The Consecration of the Chapter was held at the Assembly Rooms, Station Road, Yatton on Thursday 18th November 1920, under the banner of the Lodge of Agriculture No. 1199, also then meeting at the Assembly Rooms.

In 2016, Fifty Years after his exaltation in Wrington Vale Chapter, E Comp D John Bennett, now our Grand Superintendent was back at Wrington Vale Chapter and this time with his wife Jenny and many other Ladies and Partners from both the Chapter itself and the Province. E Comp John was presented with his Veterans Certificate by the Deputy Grand Superintendent E Comp Bob Moore.

The presentation of the 50th Lapel Pin was carried out by E Comp Stuart Hadler, Provincial Grand Master. Following this The Grand Superintendent presented Wrington Vale Chapter with a Volume of the Sacred Law. After the Convocation all those present enjoyed a Sparkling wine reception followed by Dinner.
