Tynte Lodge Initiate Jeavon

On the 17th April 2025, Tynte Lodge accomplished yet another excellent initiation ceremony for our latest Entered Apprentice, Jeavon Lazenby. Although Jeavon lives in Cardiff, he currently spends his working week here in Somerset (no prizes for guessing where!) and is now looking forward to his masonic journey with Tynte Lodge and Somerset Freemasonry.

The ceremony was conducted to a very high standard by our WM, W. Bro Peter James, with high praise given to his Wardens, DC, Deacons and lodge officers for their splendid performances.

We also had the pleasure of sixteen visitors from Taunton, Wedmore, Bridgwater and as far away as Manor Court Lodge from Ampthill in Bedfordshire.

The evening concluded with a first-class festive board, after dinner speeches, a great deal of humour and of course, splendid ‘singing’ (courtesy of our St Cecilia Lodge members).
