Fidelity and Sincerity Named as a Beacon Lodge in Somerset

The Lodge of Fidelity and Sincerity meeting in Wellington, recently welcomed members of the Provincial team who escorted the Assistant Provincial Grandmaster, Barrie Palmer for the follow up Membership Challenge. Barrie spoke about how well the Lodge has been doing with recruitment and retention. There was mention of four Lodges in the Province being considered “Beacon Lodges” due to the success of their efforts with the membership challenge. Fidelity and Sincerity is one of these Lodges.

There then followed a 1st degree ceremony where Rico was initiated into the mysteries and privileges of Freemasonry. The ceremony was carried out in fine form with the Officers of the Lodge all making contributions. There then followed a presentation of a Grand Lodge Certificate to Ben Strong, kindly explained by Barrie Palmer.
