Neil Takes the Chair of Somerset Masters Lodge
Somerset Masters were honoured to have so many dignitaries at their recent meeting in Keynsham, including no less than David Medlock AGM, as well as Ray Guthrie and several other past PGMS and Ben Bately the outgoing DPGM (who always raises a smile when conducting ritual). They were all there to see Neil Hawes take over the Chair as Master for the ensuing year.

After being installed and then installing his officers, Neil gave a very interesting talk on the first 100 years of Freemasonry in Somerset (some said it felt like it took that long to present!) including the first five PGMs for the Province of Somerset.
The meal after was the superb hot buffet that Keynsham Masonic Hall is famous for.
Anyone who is or has been a Master of a Lodge are eligible to join Somerset Masters Lodge – please contact their Lodge Secretary Steve Chapman for further information.
