“Vocal Works Choir” At Estune Lodge Christmas Concert

Estune Lodge held their Christmas Concert on Saturday the 17th December, the event was organised by the WM W.Bro John Wyatt.

The guests where treated by the fantastic voices of Vocal Woks Choir directed by Tim King, they sang with voices of angels with a mixture of modern Christmas songs such as All “I want for Xmas is You, Santa Claus is coming to town” and the traditional Christmas carols with audience participation singing O’ come all ye faithful, silent night and many more, This was truly a wonderful treat to have such a performance from a group that have backed singers such as Garry Barlow, Jamie Cullum and recorded tracks for Peter Gabriel and Brian May. The Vocal Works choir when in full compliment have over 50 members, we had the delight of having 6 members of the choir singing for us on this night.

The guests where also treated to one of Sam’s delightful Festive buffets which was warmly welcomed by all who attended this wonderful night of singing.

A huge thankyou has to go out to our WM. John Wyatt for organising such a Christmas Concert with a mixture of traditional and new bringing in the Christmas Spirit.
