Busy week for Queens College Lodge

Provincial Team on their Fraternal Visit to Queens College Lodge

In the same week they passed the Travelling Trowel to Taunton Dean Lodge, Queens College received seventeen members of the Province on Saturday 8th October, on the occasion of a Provincial Fraternal Visit.

They were treated to an excellent presentation of the Walking Charge, carried out by Martin Slocombe, even to the approval of the ProvJ D, Peter Wall, although he did say it.s not the way he does it. Martin also presented details of the Members Pathway, saying how important it is for the membership to grow and to maintain the members.

There was also a short “play” by members of the Royal Arch, as to the completion of the Masonic journey to become a Companion.

A wonderful evening followed with a lovely meal and good company, Ray Conneely, thanked so many of the provincial team for attending, from all the members of Queens College.

The whole day was capped by raising over £1,270 from the members present which will go the the WM’s chosen charity, the Somerset & Dorset Air Ambulance. A Blooming good day!
