David Roberts of Richard Huish Lodge in Taunton supporting Cancer research

Bro. David Roberts of Richard Huish Lodge 8518 has signed up to do 100 press ups a day, every day, in May for Cancer research. He has a fundraiser page on Facebook and has raised £155 so far. Dave will be posting photos and video’s every day from Saturday 1st May.  

Dave said, “during this lock down I thought it would be best to keep in shape so have been busy working out most days, for my own mental health and well-being. I have now taken the 100 press ups a day in May challenge for Cancer Research. Having a couple of close friends currently going through treatment for this dreadful illness I thought every little helps.“

Here is a photo of Dave in his ‘Garage Lockdown Gym’ ready to get started.
His plan is to record all 100 press ups daily on an app and post a video of the last 10 doing a harder version of a press up.
