Nailsea & Backwell Beer and Cider Festival – Help Needed

We (The Province of Somerset Freemasons) have been asked if we would like to support the Nailsea and Backwell Beer and Cider Festival with parking. Which was agreed on the proviso we can have a marquee on the main site – which has been agreed and enables us to promote ourselves and what we do with raffle prizes to give out at the marquee.

Dates: 8-10 Jul 2022 Location: Nailsea and Backwell Rugby Club.

We will also be supported by on site security, stewards, and first aiders. Radios will be available as needed.

Note: beer and cider will be available at the end of each evening with the possibility of food as well. Drinking/bottled water will be available foc.  

Timings as follows:
Fri 8 Jul, 6.00pm-11.00pm (acoustic music 8-10.00pm), 5 hours
Sat 9 Jul, 12.00 noon to 11.00pm (music finish 10.00m), 11 hours. (8-10 volunteers needed between 2.00pm-8.00pm)
Sun 10 Jul, 12.00 noon to 8.00pm (music and bar finish 6.00pm), 8 hours
