7.00 pm – 11.30 pm

Will I need a ticket (s) to enter the event?

The event is ticketless, Stewards will be at the main entrance of the event to assist guests and direct you to the event Marquee. There will be no selling of tickets on the night

How will I know I have secured a ticket?

Due to the event being cancelled due to the Covid restrictions in 2020/21, for many, tickets were secured and reserved for this year event.

The event organisers have recently written to all lodge Secretaries notifying those who have previously reserved and paid for tickets and requesting a reply confirming they will be attending. Please ensure a reply is made to Keith Baker asap to Keithandtrish@uwclub.net

Parking

Stewards and security personnel will be on duty at the main gate at Staplegrove Road and will direct you to parking near to the venue. There will be a limited number of Disabled parking places on site. If you have limited mobility, please speak with Security on arrival who will advise.

Will tables be reserved?

The organisers will endeavour to seat everyone in your party together, but seating is limited to 10 guests per table and tables will be allocated on a first come basis.

Dress code

Smart Casual – No Masonic regalia or jewels to be worn.

First Aid

St John will be providing trained personnel and will be available thought-out the event.

Entertainment

Somerset legends The Wurzels will be on stage providing their distinct style of music appearing around 9.30 pm. A disco will provide background music during the evening. A laser light show will conclude the event

6.30 pm      Event opens

7.00 pm      Arrival/Welcome in the main Marquee/grounds

8.15 pm      Buffet served to tables

9.30 pm      The Wurzels – Live!

10.45 pm    Laser & Light Show

11.15 pm.   Last orders from the bars

11.30 pm    Event closes

Wine

Wine can be pre ordered from Taunton School (SEE LIST BELOW) A well-stocked bar will be in the main Marquee and a ‘Gin Trailer’ situated with in the grounds.
